The organization of the activity very efficient. They picked us up from the hotel and took us to Love Valley from where we left for the flight. The day before the activity they contacted me to confirm everything and set the time. Whenever I had any question and contacted the Headout team they always answered me promptly. Nice experience to have at least once in a lifetime. Friendly and helpful staff. Exciting to watch the balloon inflate and all the other hot air balloons rise into the sky, as well as the ascent.... We stayed a bit sideways and not as close to the fairy chimneys as some other hot air balloons, at least that's what I think. The only real drawback is that they make you have to make an early rise (pickup at 5 a.m.) by minibus where they spend at least an hour traveling from one hotel to another to pick up all the participants.

One of most smoothest ride i have ever been on. Got picked up on time and got to see the sunrise up in the air. Plenty of photo taking opportunities. Our baloon pilot was quite knowledgeable and showed up various spots. Got us very near the fairy chimneys. Once in a lifetime experience for sure.

Wonderful experience as usually no one knows how a hot air balloon works. The magical silence of flight, broken only by the "gushes" of the maneuverer and the feeling of flying. It feels like being on a three-dimensional elevator! Getting into the clouds (the day I took it, there were...). In addition, there is the possibility to buy the little film (made by a cam outside the basket) at an affordable price (20€), which of course I did not let slip so that I could better remember this exceptional experience!

Honestly one of the most amazing experiences of my life. Our pilot Buse was probably the most amazing add on to the experience. My daughter wants to be an aeroplane pilot so when she saw that Buse was our hot air balloon pilot she was over the moon. This was one of my daughters dreams to do and she was absolutely blown away! The overall experience was nice as it was out first balloon flight over the picturesque Capadoccia. Nonetheless the cubicle we were put in was packed with 5 people and there was barely any space to move our legs. Felt quite crammy. Also there was a big rope in front of us that was coming in all our photos making the views compromised. Felt for the cost paid the experience could have been better

Speechless! Impressive! One of those experiences that you have to live at least once in your life. We were lucky enough to be able to book with Headout and we saved half the money per person that we were charged by the agency with which we had the trip organized. They picked us up at our hotel at the appointed time, offered us a picnic breakfast, took us to the site and everything was fantastic. We would like to highlight the professionalism of the pilot and all the local team who gave us one of the best experiences of our lives. The agent was slow to reply and did not confirm details of the booking until 7pm the day before. This clearly out us in an uncertain situation not knowing pickup time or location for much of the day. Be aware you will not be taking the balloon from Goreme and it is not made clear there is a 1 hour bus transfer.

Flying was good, People were friendly and kind, however our flight was over some valleys which no have more attarctions, we expected to fly over the beautiful valley well known in Goreme. Another unusual thing was on the way back to the hotel the driver of the van amd other passengers stop the car and get out around ten minutes just for smoking, meanwhile other passengers were waiting in the van. But not.

The hot air balloon ride is spectacular! It doesn't matter that you don't fly over the main valley in Göreme. Our guide and pilot were great! But the breakfast is completely unnecessary - I would have preferred to sleep an hour longer. It's relatively poor and not a nice atmosphere. It would have been better if the shuttle bus had taken us directly to the starting point.

Wonderful experience starting from breakfast to landing. The ticketing experience was poor. We were party of 5 when we booked. One person had to drop off due to last minute emergency so a week before the flight we asked to cancel that person's booking. However the whole group's booking got canceled. We found out the night before the flight and tried to rebook but couldn't do it due to no seats available. We had to stay one more night to catch day afters flight. The response from booking agency in Turkey was very poor. Asked us to contact via WhatsApp but nobody replies. Tried calling several times with no success.

It was easy in booking procedure and indeed a lifetime experience in flying in a hot air baloon though my slightest disappointment was after realising we had only 5 baloons flying from our site. When I saw hundreds of baloons up in the air in the far distance and enquired about it with the captain, he said it was a different site (Goreme). This was where I had seen on the advert and when I and several other flyers asked him whether we could join them he said he was not allowed. Lesson learned for me and others, no worries. Next time, I would book there.

Said is one of the coolest mofos I've ever met anywhere in our travels. I know it's a lot of work and effort for guides to keep interest and entertain groups on any given day, but this guy college trained historian with a passion for history and humor will light up your day! With any such all day trip, you get out what you put in. If you want a stoic boring journey, go for it...if you want an awesome fun adventure, go for it hard with lots of jokes, sarcasm, and quirks. The guides will love it. The more involved you are, the funner it is for everyone! Thank you Mustafa Said!!
